Our Streamlined Process

We offer free ballpark figures via email, text, or phone call. However, if you decide to move forward with a comprehensive consultation, including a full presentation, formal quotation of the project, and a rough 3d model, there is a consultation fee associated with that service.

Usually a meeting takes about 45 mins to 2 hours depending on the complexity of the project. However, we are not charging for that meeting only. Here is the process: meeting at the property, giving a thorough presentation, designing the deck to scale, creating a rough 3D model, creating a comprehensive material list, solving how many man hours are needed to properly install the project, and finally, emailing over a formal quote. This process takes an average of about 8 hours, and some of our largest projects have taken over 40 hours to completely solve. So, between the driving, gas, wear and tear on the vehicles, and hours that go into design and planning, we have to charge in order to offer the best service possible. We have been told by numerous people that we have one of the most in depth, high detail presentations, quotes, and designs being offered in the marketplace. 

For basic decks that are 20'x20' (400.sq.ft.) or smaller, we charge a flat rate of 150.00

For decks and roof structures larger than that we charge 40 cents per square foot with a maximum of 500.00.
